Some Useful Quotes

"Arminianism "in effect" makes faith a meritous work ... Man in his fallen state must reach out and grasp this grace by an act of the will which is free to accept or reject this grace. Some exercise the will rightly (or righteously) while others do not. ... When pressed on this point, the Arminian finds it difficult to escape the conclusion that ultimately his salvation rests on some righteous act of the will he has performed. He has "in effect" merited the merit of Christ, which differs only slightly from the view of Rome. "In this view faith is not only a condition for redemption but also one of the very grounds of justification ... Here faith becomes a work with a vengeance because its presence or absence determines the efficacy of Christ's work of satisfaction for this person."

“…the popular soteriological system known as “Arminianism” is not biblical and is not Christian. Though using much of the same terminology as orthodox Christianity, Arminianism actually distorts and twists the message of the Scriptures to such an extent that “another gospel” (Galatians 1:6) emerges which bears only an outward resemblance to the genuine Gospel. So serious are the aberrations of this false gospel that no one can be saved who really understands it and believes it.”

“… Indeed, no more fitting label may be applied to the entire Arminian system than that of a damning lie. As “a corrupt tree cannot bring forth good fruit” (Matthew 7:18), many of the ethical problems which plague modern Evangelicalism can be traced right back to the man-centered theology of Arminianism, which reduces God to a sappy, enfeebled geriatric who is ever fearful of “coming on too strong.” It is no wonder that such a god fails to stir up a deep reverence and worship within the hearts of his devotees…”

“The doctrine that a saint can fall from grace, while attempting to uphold the believer’s responsibility to live a holy life, actually slanders the very Godhead itself. First of all, it denigrates the omniscience of the Father, who, in electing individuals for eternal life, failed to take into account those postregenerational sins which would later disqualify them for Heaven. Secondly, it demeans the atoning sacrifice of the Son by implying that in shedding His Blood, Christ did not accomplish a full payment of sin, but only a partial payment to which the believer must himself continue to enhance by his own faithfulness. And finally, it blasphemes the Holy Spirit by declaring that He who is powerful enough to regenerate a lost sinner is somehow unable to maintain and preserve His own work. Though such a teaching is compatible with the finite deism of Clark Pinnock’s process theology, a god that is not all knowing, a savior that does not fully save, and a preserver that is impotent to keep his own, bear no resemblance to the Persons of the Almighty Trinity revealed in Scripture. The false godhead of Arminianism is therefore an idol. ”

"Worshippers of a different "god" and different "gospel" are not going to be slapped on the wrist and sent to their room in heaven. Rather, they are going to be sent to hell for being idolaters. Idolaters do not enter heaven, as Paul said in Galatians 5:19-21. It may be that you are an Arminian. I am very saddened that you have been caught up in thinking that Arminius' "god" is the real God. However, you have been duped. Satan has used his false teacher to dupe you, along with much of the church today. If you continue in your idolatry following after Arminius' deformed "god", and you do not repent, God will judge you on the day of your death for your idolatry. The Scriptures say idolaters do not go to heaven. Thus, according to the Scriptures, you will be damned. If that is not a scary thought for you, dear reader, I do not know what is more frightful. Not only are you believing a lie, God has sent it to you that you may be blinded and condemned in unrighteousness!"

Arminians Deny the Trinity

And this is the will of the Father sending Me, that of all that He has given Me, I shall not lose any of it, but shall raise it up in the last day.(Jn6:39)

The Arminian says that some people that his "christ" died for, will end up in hell. Yet, John 6:39 says that God the Father wills everyone to be saved for whom Christ died. Thus, the Arminian believes in a god, where the "son" violates the will of his "father". The Arminian "son" was not able to save everyone the "father" wanted to be saved. According to the Arminian, there are people in hell, that "god" the "father" willed to be in heaven, but "god" the "son", could not save. What a pathetic "christ" (another christ) the Arminian worships, who violates the will of his "father".

Do Arminians believe in a Christ who can say, "I and my Father are one?" No. All Arminians are anti-Trinitarian; indeed, there is no unity in the Arminian "trinity" where the will of the "father" is violated by his "son". The God of the Bible, however, has a perfect unity of persons, where God the Father will draw all the elect, so that none for whom Christ died, will end up in hell (John6:37). In the Trinity of the Bible, there is no failure on the part of the Son to satisfy the will of His Father, (in fact, the wills of the Father and the Son are one and the same). Clearly, no Arminian believes in this Trinity, for everyone who believes in this Trinity, believes in a Christ who can say, "all that He has given Me, I shall not lose any" of them. All Arminians are rank Atheists, for they do not believe in the God of the Bible.

.... and are Polytheists

Arminians make man into a god. They say that right now the Holy Spirit is trying to save people everywhere who will actually never be saved. Apparently, God's grace can be RESISTED. Arminians say these people are actually able to OVERPOWER God the Holy Spirit, so that these people are stronger than "God". So, are not these people gods, in the mind of an Arminian?

Furthermore, Arminians make Adam into a god. They say that God FORESAW that Adam would eat the fruit, and THEN decided to send Christ. Apparently, Adam got to decide whether or not Christ was going to be a Savior. The power lay in the hands of Adam to determine whether or not Jehovah would justify His people. Is not Adam a god also, in the minds of Arminians?

... and make God in a puppet

Arminians say that man would be a "robot" or a "puppet", if he did not have a free will to determine his eternity. God, according to the Arminian, does not write the Book of Life, rather, the reason that man is "not a puppet on a string" is because he has the power to decide and the ability to control his eternal destination. Thus, the Arminian preacher: "God is not going to make any decisions for you. Man would be a puppet if he could not choose, decide, and determine his salvation. You're not a robot, because you have free will! After all, anyone who does not have the ability to decide the outcome of an event is merely a puppet manipulated by another!"

Arminians assert that anyone without free will is a puppet; and the reason the Arminian believes he has a free will is because that will is not controlled by God. Thus, in His dealings with a man, according to the Arminian, God does not have the freedom or liberty to determine, chose, or decide the outcome of whether that man will be saved or condemned. How does the Arminian define "free will", and what or who is the will free from? By definition, the will is free, because it is free from the control of God, so that God's will (his control) is not free with regard to the salvation of men, God's will is restricted. In other words, God's will is not free to decide those who end up in heaven and to determine those who end up in hell. Whilst few Arminian would voice their belief explicitly in this way, in effect, they are saying that man's will is free, God's is not; man's will is at liberty to decide his eternity, God's will is restricted in such matters; man is free, God is bound. The Arminian teaches that God does not have free will, and since Arminians also believe that anyone without a free will is a puppet, Arminians believe that God is a puppet. Arminians teach that man is free, and God is bound (a puppet on strings). Arminians pray to a God who cannot save (Isaiah 45:20), since he cannot infringe upon man's will; Arminians "save" themselves, by their own wills. However, so do Romanists, Mormons and Satanists. These lost sectarians worship puppet-gods, and are commanded to repent and believe in the Just God and Savior. "Declare and bring near; yea, let them consult together. Who has revealed this of old; who has told it from then? Is it not I, Jehovah? And there is no God other than Me; a just God and a Savior; there is none except Me." (Isaiah 45:21)

...and make God the author of sin

Arminians say that their "holy spirit" dwells in the hearts of unbelievers, preparing their hearts, helping them to "make a decision" to follow Christ, and drawing them "closer to God's love". The Arminian affirms that their "holy spirit" helps unbelievers to learn to pray. Thus, the Arminian preacher urges his hearers that, "Right now, if you feel the Holy Spirit convicting you of your sins, then it is time for you to ask God to come into your life." Indeed, you will often hear Arminians confessing that, "Before I was saved I could feel the Holy Spirit touching my heart, making me interested in God, leading me to church, helping me read the Bible, and making me cry out to God."
Yet Hebrews 11:6 and Romans 14:23 declare that unbelievers cannot please God. The deeds of those without faith are sinful and abominable in the sight of God. But what about Arminians, don't they teach that their "holy spirit" performs works through unbelievers? Correct. Arminians believe that their "holy spirit" performs works in unbelievers. Thus, the Arminian believes in a "god" where "god the holy spirit" causes an unbeliever to pray or seek after God, which "prayers" or "seeking" the Bible says are wicked. Without faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God; every prayer of the unconverted is not to the Just God and Savior of the Bible, for "How can they call on Him on whom they have not believed?"(Rom10). Every prayer of the unbeliever is merely a lust of the devil, for "the things that the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils."(1Cor10:20) Reader, let no Arminian delude you! The Arminian will lead you to believe in a "holy spirit" who works sin in the hearts of unbelievers, by making them pray and seek after God WITHOUT FAITH. Hearken not to any lost Arminian preacher! 100% of the thoughts and deeds of unbelievers are evil, yet, the Arminian preacher says that some of these thoughts and deeds are the works of the Holy Spirit. Thus the Arminians "holy spirit" CONTRIBUTES to the sin of the unbeliever, by causing those thoughts and deeds to occur, which God declares to be sin.
